Learning To Grow Inc. employs a staff of dedicated Early Childhood professionals committed to:
- Continuing Education to encourage Staff development in order to reach professional and program goals.
- Provide parent participation to encourage parents to feel welcome and part of their child’s daily life.
- Assure each and every child in our community we will continue on a voluntary basis, to increase our awareness of potential safety risks to provide children with a warm, safe and caring environment in which to grow and explore with natural curiosity.
- We will provide children with hands on opportunities to experience the world around them at their own pace and meet each child’s individual needs.
- We will provide daily quiet and active activities emphasizing the importance of play for Social and Emotional development.
- We will treat children with respect and dignity and perhaps a touch of humor.
- Acknowledge our Staff and children’s achievements and accept our challenges to become stronger.
